A: In this market may be less than you think. Let's take a realistic look at the condition of your home and decide together.
Q: How much is my house worth?
A: A real estate agent does not determine the "worth" of your home. The exact "price" will depend on many factors. Please review my SELLING GUIDE.
Q: What should I do when someone comes to look at my house?
